Welcome! Here at Becky’s Counseling we understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by your own thoughts. They often feel impossible to escape from. It’s difficult to believe anyone else will understand what it is you’re experiencing. In truth, almost all of us undergo similar experiences throughout our lives, though none of us in quite the same way. What that means though is you are not alone. And help is available.
I’ve worked with countless people in the Boulder, Colorado area to help them lead rich fulfilling lives. My therapeutic approach is steeped in compassion, making use of mindfulness techniques to help you through your sufferings, whether they be in the form of depression, trauma, or anxiety. Experience has taught me that effective therapy is more than listening. We’ll work together to create a plan of action to help you and your specific needs. Each of us is an individual. And each of us deserves the respect of a specialized approach that meets our individual needs.
